LEVEL I The moderator will facilitate the meeting, ensuring objectives are accomplished and that the meeting runs to schedule. LEVEL II Level I service, plus the moderator or additional advisor from BioPharma Advisors will capture key points and follow- ups, and share recommendations and strategies on how to improve the overall experience and impact that you have with your audience. This can be delivered to you in Word Document format or Power Point style. In addition, you will also receive a detailed grid, outlining the meeting's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (a.k.a. SWOT analysis). Your moderator will also work with your company to craft a follow-up letter to the advisors, thanking them for their participation, following up with the advisors on any unanswered questions that may have been asked in the meeting, and sharing with them how their input might be used in the future. LEVEL III Level II services, plus the moderator will work with brand team to develop a short (one-year) and long-term (three-five years) strategy for the advisory board.
