This service is designed specifically for biotech-pharmaceutical internal or external meetings or strategy sessions.  With external expectations and internal guidelines changing at a rapid pace, meeting documentation has become increasingly important.  Many compliance departments request detailed summaries of speaker training/update sessions and advisory boards.  Some require that it be put together by a third party to remove bias and decreasing liability.  Additionally, it is often difficult for marketing/medical managers and associates to play multiple roles at meetings and this would remove one important responsibility.

Not only does meeting documentation help fulfill new compliance requirements, it also could help take external or internal meetings to the next level. LEVEL 1                                                                               
We would create a meeting summary. This would not include interpretation (see Meeting Improvement Strategies services if gleaning professional interpretation is of interest).  We would then follow the client’s direction as to the desired level of detail.  
                                                                                              
LEVEL 2                                                                               
Level I services, plus the client is provided with high level strategy for meeting improvement, which would include a detailed grid, outlining the meeting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (a.k.a. SWOT/OTSW analysis).
