This service is designed specifically for biotech-pharmaceutical internal or external meetings or strategy sessions. With external expectations and internal guidelines changing at a rapid pace, meeting documentation has become increasingly important. Many compliance departments request detailed summaries of speaker training/update sessions and advisory boards. Some require that it be put together by a third party to remove bias and decreasing liability.Additionally, it is often difficult for marketing/medical managers and associates to play multiple roles at meetings and this would remove one important responsibility.
Not only does meeting documentation help fulfill new compliance requirements, it also could help take external or internal meetings to the next level.Good meeting notes help the meeting owner to follow up appropriately and help maximize time in future meetings.Your dedicated BioPharma advisor can be flexible, allowing customization of the type and level of detail of notes you want.BioPharma Advisors also offers you the opportunity to select a higher level of service so you can receive interpretation or strategy advice on the meeting/event, thereby improving the overall experience and impact you have with your audience. These high impact and low effort strategies will take your meeting to the next level and set your company apart from the competition. BioPharma Advisors has more than a decade of experience in the biotech-pharmaceutical industry and also has significant experience working with Thought Leaders, speakers, and advisors. We will speak with you prior to your meeting in order to better understand the company’s vision, needs, and audience make-up, and to receive feedback from previous meetings. This service can also be purchased from event-planning vendors who want to increase their level of service/involvement with their biotech-pharmaceutical clients, as BioPharma Advisors has extensive experience working with both types of clients. Let BioPharma Advisors help you to exceed your meeting goals and get the edge on your competition! You may select one of the following service options.Pricing is based on a one-day meeting.
