BioPharma Advisor’s Speaker & Advisor Biography Development service helps a company easily assess, develop, and manage relationships with their speakers and advisors, through the creation of concise one-page profiles/biographies.  Many times the only reference on a speaker or advisor is a long CV that cannot concisely convey the expertise of the speaker or advisor. 
 

This information will benefit the company as it can enhance the implementation of any contracted activity these individuals may perform on the company’s behalf (i.e. speaker programs, advisory boards, ad hoc consulting).  We find this service particularly useful for sales organizations that are forced on ramping up their physician education programs through speaker programs and roundtable sessions.  Having speaker biographies on a centralized site lets representatives better select speakers to present. It also helps the sales force to better market their speaker’s visit to local physicians targeted for attendance to the program. If the representative is conducting a larger speaker program, where an introduction is required, it serves as a wonderful document to help properly introduce the speaker to the audience. Additionally, this is very helpful for marketing and medical company personnel who want to get up to speed quickly or review the affiliations, accomplishments, interests, and hobbies of their top Thought Leaders prior to advisory board meetings.

LEVEL I                                                                                
BioPharma Advisors will work with company representatives and company compliance department to develop a one- page profile template. We will also provide a recommended action plan for the client to use in its implementation of the project.  
            
LEVEL II                                                                              
Level I services, plus BioPharma Advisors will implement project, delivering the client with biographies for 30 selected healthcare professionals.  

LEVEL III                                                                            
Level II services, plus BioPharma Advisors will implement project, delivering the client with biographies for 200 healthcare professionals.
  
LEVEL IV                                                                             
Level III services, plus BioPharma Advisors will work with the client to integrate the biographies into the company's managed, centralized, secured database.  If the database is managed by a third party vendor, BioPharma Advisors will develop the business requirements and the scope for the client to take to the supplier. We also will provide training materials to help the client educate its employees on how to get the most from this resource.
