Mr. Robert Nauman founded BioPharma Advisors in 2003. He has has more than 25 years of industry experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device industries.
Mr. Nauman is an experienced pharmaceutical executive recognized by the industry for his ability to solve key business issues while creating organizational change that maximizes revenues and minimizes costs.His unique talents in commercializing new products, managing key opinion leaders, and directing sales and marketing are supported by his strengths: he is a team player, leads by example, and follows through on every detail. He is a leader of change recognized by management, customers and many of his peers. He accomplishes this though decisive decision-making and gaining consensus among his key stakeholders.
Mr. Nauman’s expertise stems from 19 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry. In his most recent position as Director, Global eBusiness he lead a global initiative to define, design, develop, deliver, and demonstrate the value of a company wide portal that managed the most influential customers of GlaxoSmithKline. This initiative along with his previous role as Director, US Key Opinion Leader development changed the way GSK managed its most important customers.Through a cross functional team, Mr. Nauman lead an 18-week engagement that analyzed, designed, gained approval for and implemented an approach that coordinated 25 different business groups.This initiative lead to a two-fold increase in the Key Opinion Leaders' satisfaction rating of the company,positively impacting the company’s ability to commercialize its new products.
Mr. Nauman earned his BA degree in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.He is married to a very supporting wife (Julie) and has two children (Bryan-19 & Sara-17).They are the main reason for all of his successes to date!
Ashley Severance
Ms. Ashley Severance joined as a Network Consultant in 2006.
Ms. Severance's remarkable 10-year career of providing strong direction, expert advice, and general counsel within large, corporate environments, is highlighted by a personal dedication to maximizing organizational efficiency and empowering others to succeed.The recipient of numerous awards, Ms. Severance has received impressive accolades such as the "Marketing Excel Innovation Award" in 2006 from the US Affiliate President of Eli Lilly.She was also granted the “Top 1% Sales Award” from the US Affiliate President of Eli Lilly & Company in 1998 and several Peer Awards in 1998, 1999, and 2001 at Eli Lilly & Company, as well as consistent exemplary ratings each year.She was the youngest district sales manager in the history of Eli Lilly, working in a competitive Boston neuroscience market.
Displaying a wide range of interests, Ms. Severance is deeply involved in her community, where she serves in a variety of leadership roles.Her important contributions to a myriad of boards and committees are a testament to her drive and passion for effecting positive change.The vast, influential relationships she has built over the years have strengthened her solid reputation among her colleagues. Ms. Severance attended Furman University on a tennis scholarship.She received a BA from Furman University with a double major in Business Administration and Spanish.Ashley is fluent in Spanish and studied European history and Spanish literature at the Universidad de Madrid.She lives in Charleston, SC with her husband and four children, where she enjoys contributing her free time to events that support her church, St. Michael's Episcopal Church, and various fundraisers.
Christine Bahls is a veteran reporter and editor who has written about medical and pharmaceutical issues for the past decade. An award-winning reporter, Christine has written for print and online media, including The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Scientist, and WebMD.
Christine is very familiar with dealing with Thought Leaders. As the managing editor, Journals, for Current Medicine Group, Christine was responsible for working with those Thought Leaders who were the academic editors of the journals, and to see that journal content met all professional criteria.
Christine brings to the table years of experience in the consumer and professional medical/pharmaceutical fields.
